Will you shrink my clothes?
We follow care labels and dry on the lowest safe heat. Pure cotton, wool and rayon can still shrink on their first wash — we tumble-dry on low and hang-dry anything labelled as such to minimise risk.

Yes. We're DIA (Drycleaning Institute of Australia) affiliated and trained in delicate processing. Silks are hand-finished, beaded items are mesh-bagged, and vintage pieces are spot-tested before solvent contact.

Often, yes. Tell us what the stain is, how old it is and what you've already tried. Older set-in stains (especially red wine, ink, dye transfer) have lower recovery rates.
