Both. Drop off at 220 Blackburn Rd, Glen Waverley (counter Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat 10am–2pm; lockers 5am–12am daily; $35 minimum), or book free weekday pickup from your door ($50 minimum cart, about two washing-machine loads).
How much does laundry pickup and delivery cost?
$7.50/kg — the same rate as in-store drop-off — with free weekday delivery on carts over $50. Weekly subscriptions from $55. GST is included and confirmed by weight at the store after collection.
What are the pickup windows?
Choose Mon–Fri 9am–5pm or Saturday 10am–2pm — same rate, no weekend surcharge. Book by 8am for a same-morning pickup.
Do I need to weigh my laundry before pickup?
No — just leave your bag by the door. We collect, weigh at the store, then send you the exact price. You only pay after we've weighed.
Can I add dry cleaning to a pickup?
Yes — add per-item dry cleaning, ironing or bulky items (doonas, bedding, pillows) to any pickup. They come back with your wash & fold at no extra collection fee.
